  • What's your minimum order quantity?
    Shop minimum is 36 qty.
  • Do you offer design services?
    Yes we do. We have a network of local artists and an in-house design team here to help. Please send all inquiries to: art@ohiocityprint.com
  • What is the best type of art file?
    Having a quality print starts with quality art. For great print results, art should be created at the size intended to be printed or larger. Please upload high resolution files @300 dpi or larger. PDF/PSD/AI/JPEG/PNG are all acceptable formats.
  • What type of inks do you use?
    We use only high quality water-based & discharge inks. Based on apparel choices & designs we can help guide you towards the most suitable ink for your print.
  • Do you offer direct to garment printing?
    We currently do not, and have no plans to offer direct to garment printing in the future.
  • Can you print rush orders?
    Yes, we offer 1-3 day rush turnaround for a fee. If you're in a pinch we can do our best to help you get what you need fast.
Shipping

Production Times

STANDARD TURNAROUND IS GENERALLY 1-3 WEEKS 

Production begins  once the job is paid in full.  

No changes may be made to the order once production has begun.

 

Rush jobs are available at an additional cost,

please inform us of this when placing an order.

Turnaround times may vary based on work load.

Shipping Policy

Production orders are shipped via UPS Ground 1-5 day(after production)

Shipping rates vary based by order and are included in the sub-total.

Store pick-up is also available for local production orders.

We will notify you immediately when your order is ready for pick-up

Store merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority 3-5 business days.

Please allow 2-3 business days handling time before shipment.

This time frame does not apply to pre-orders from webstore.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Ohio City Print  treats all projects with the same care as we would our own.

We've explored all levels of the industry and recognize the disconnect between the printer & client.

 

We aim to close that gap and build personal relationships with our clients.

Currently all of our printing is  done by hand, adding a level of humanity you simply cannot achieve with giant corporations.

 

In the near future we plan to automate to accomodate the influx of clients, but until then

you can count on your goods being made by hand in Cleveland, Ohio.

As we greatly appreciate any and all business brought to us,

we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

All payments are processed safe and securely directly through our website.

Your information is never shared, sold, stored by us unless explicitly noted.

Payment Methods

Invoices are generally sent via our website and can be paid with your method of choice.

3% processing fee is added to all online orders.

We also accept Cash or Check if you want to stop by the shop.
